This book is a quick, cute read for toddlers and preschoolers If I had read this book alone, I probably would have given it 3 stars, but both kids smiled, said they liked it, and explained that they understand how the monster feels at the park, so I upped it one star I think it does a pretty good job of capturing a toddler s playground experience. The language is simple, like toddler s

Although this was a great look at what a child s day at the park could be like I just found this a little lacking meaning I personally could not connect with the characters However I found the story itself very nicely done and though not my style still could be a fun read for a little one.
